Within individual AI and automation projects, run24ai processes personal data solely on behalf of the respective clients and based on appropriate agreements (e.g., Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR).
The systems, server locations, and data flows used may vary by project (e.g., different European data centers or encrypted communication services). All processing takes place exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA) or under equivalent data protection standards.
Detailed information on technical and organizational measures (TOMs), retention periods, and hosting providers is made available to clients individually within their project documentation.
